- Youth Connections is an afterschool program associated with the Public Housing Agency. Our goals are to develop meaningful relationships with kids and provide a positive and safe environment in which kids can develop meaningful relationships with each other, empower kids to realize their potential and commit to working with youth and their families in order to create a more socially just community.
